Our garlic mustard combines two worlds of taste. Ground garlic is added to our historic mustard. This flavor combination tastes excellent and refines a variety of dishes with its aromatic and strong, spicy taste.
How is garlic mustard made?
Our historic mustard also serves as the basis for this hearty mustard creation. Finely ground garlic is added to the historic mustard to create the coarse-grained, particularly spicy mustard.
What does garlic mustard go best with?
This Mediterranean mustard tastes great with Mediterranean dishes. It goes very well with lamb and specialties such as Greek gyros or cevapcici. It also refines any salad dressing and is the perfect accompaniment to many types of sausage.
A tip from our chef!
As mustard is sensitive to heat, dishes prepared with mustard (e.g. roulades) often taste much milder after heating.
Another storage tip!
Please ensure that you store the mustard in a cool, dark place after opening. This is because it retains its perfect taste and wonderfully fresh spiciness over a longer period of time!
