How is Chamagner-Cassis mustard made?
The base is our classic “Historical Mustard”, which is refined with liqueur and champagne. Adding the blackcurrant liqueur creates its wonderfully fruity note. Finally, a dash of the finest champagne gives it a royal taste.
What does Chamagner-Cassis mustard go best with?
Its taste is exceptional and it can be used in many different ways. You can give free rein to your creativity when it comes to offering and placing our “Champagne-Cassis” at the table as a “tasteful eye-catcher”. It is an excellent accompaniment to roasts, grilled meats and fish. But it also tastes particularly fine as a salad dressing or with a cheese platter.
