May we briefly introduce our products to you. In our Mühlenbrauerei store you will find fine liqueurs, special mustard creations as well as two varieties of our tasty Mühlenbier.

All the products you will find here have one thing in common: they are handmade in our family business, their ingredients are carefully processed in our old, historic mills and machines, and they are all made from regional ingredients that grow in the beautiful landscape of the Vulkaneifel. All products are made with purely natural ingredients.

Our credo is: “Natural ingredients naturally taste outstandingly good!”

Head brewer Erwin built our Schöpfbrauerei in 2021, following the example of the monks in medieval monasteries. And the beers brewed in our mill brewery are not only impressive in Erwin’s fine mill beer glasses. They are also very convincing in terms of taste
